Signing transactions

Designate others as signatories. Transactions entered by a first signatory are put on hold until they are authorized by the second signatory.

  • Allows for a better monitoring of operations
  • Add the same 2-signature requirement online as the option available at a caisse
  • Time-saver

How it works

Step 1:

Click Sign for a list of transactions.

Step 2:

Select a transaction.

Step 3:

Click Sign to approve the transaction or click Refuse and delete.

Did you know?

You have to delegate transactions before using the 2 signature option. When you give access to new users, you can designate them as signatories at the same time and better monitor your operations.
