Temporarily lock your card to avoid any fraudulent transactions until it turns up or you replace it.

Report your card as lost, stolen or unreceived if you're sure it won't be recovered.

Manage your credit card online

Follow the steps below to access your card controls located under the Manage card menu on AccèsD.

  1. Log in to AccèsD.
  2. Under Quick access, tap Accounts.
  3. Under Cards, loans and credit, tap the card you want to manage.
  4. Tap the Manage card button.

  2. Under Cards, loans and credit, click the card you want to manage, then on Manage card.

How to lock your credit card

From the Manage card menu, beside Lock card, slide the toggle button to the right and accept the terms of use.

A locked card blocks:

  • In-person transactions
  • Online transactions that require manual entry of card information
  • Cash advances
  • Attempts to add card to Apple Wallet® or Google Wallet®

What keeps working

  • Previously scheduled recurring payments
  • Payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay and third-party payment processors (such as PayPal) that use previously registered card information

Unlock a card

As long as you haven't notified us that your card was lost or stolen, you can unlock it by sliding the toggle button to the left. The status will change to Card unlocked.

How to report a lost, stolen or unreceived credit card

From the Manage card menu, select Report a lost, stolen or unreceived card and follow the instructions for your specific situation.

Unreceived card

If your card hasn't arrived within 10 business days, call us at 514-397-4415 (Montreal area), at 1-800-363-3380 (Canada and the US) or collect at 514-397-4610 (other countries).

How to replace a damaged credit card

From the Manage card menu, select Replace a damaged card and follow the instructions. If your card still works, you can continue to use it until your new one arrives. Your credit card number will not change.

How long does it take to get a replacement card?

Once you've requested a replacement card, you'll get it by mail within 5 to 10 business days.

Manage your debit card online

Follow the steps below to access your card controls located under the Manage card menu on AccèsD.

  1. Log in to AccèsD.
  2. Under Quick access, tap Accounts.
  3. Under Accounts, tap the card you want to manage.
  4. Tap Information and then tap the Manage card button.

  2. Under Accounts, click the account linked to the card you want to manage and then the Manage card link to the right.

How to lock your debit card

From the Manage card menu, beside Lock card, slide the toggle button to the right and accept the terms of use.

A locked card blocks:

  • ATM transactions
  • Debit purchases, including contactless payment
  • Attemps to add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

  • Transactions on AccèsD
  • Transactions with Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Mobile deposits

How to replace a damaged debit card

From the Manage card menu, select Replace a damaged card and follow the instructions. If your card still works, you can use it until your new one arrives. Your card number will not change.

  • Never leave your cards out in the open, whether you're at work, in public or in a car.
  • Always check that your card is returned to you after a purchase.
