How to replace a lost or stolen credit card

Learn how to request a replacement credit card if it’s lost or stolen using our mobile and online services.

Instructions

Mobile app

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.

  2. In the Accounts section, select the See all button.

  3. On the Account summary page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card you want to replace.

  4. On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.

  5. Select the Manage card option.

  6. On the Manage card page, select the Report and replace a lost or stolen card link.

  7. On the Report and replace a lost or stolen card page, select the Replace button.

  8. To receive your new credit card at the address on file, select the Use this address button. If you have a new address, select the Contact us link to have us update your file.

  9. Make sure your mailing information is correct, then select the Replace button.

  10. In the Replace your card final notice, select the Continue button to finish your request.

Web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD.

  2. On the AccèsD home page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card you want to replace.

  3. On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.

  4. Select the Manage card option.

  5. On the Manage card page, select the Report and replace a lost or stolen card link.

  6. On the Report and replace a lost or stolen card page, select the Replace button.

  7. To receive your new credit card at the address on file, select the Use this address button. If you have a new address, select the Contact us link to have us update your file.

  8. Make sure your mailing information is correct, then select the Replace button.

  9. In the Replace your card final notice, select the Continue button to finish your request.
