FAQ – AccèsD – Changing your address
You can change your address on your accounts, investments and credit cards on AccèsD.
Accounts and investments
In a web browser
- Log in to AccèsD.
- Click Profile and preferences in the right-hand menu.
- Under Profile, select Change contact information.
- Select Edit Under Primary residence address.
- Make sure you've entered your new address correctly, then select OK.
In the mobile app
- Sign in to Desjardins mobile services.
- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and settings, then Contact information.
- Select Edit under Primary residence address.
- Make sure you've entered your new address correctly, then select OK.
Desjardins credit cards and prepaid cards
You can change the address for your credit card account on AccèsD. See how to change the address linked to your credit card online.
You can also change your address in person at a caisse or branch or by phone at 514-397-4415 Phone number of Desjardins card services. This link opens your phone app..
Because Desjardins Group is made up of several entities, you can't currently inform all components of your change of address in a single request.
You can change your email address on AccèsD.

- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.

- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and settings, then Contact information.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.

In a web browser
- Log in to AccèsD.
- In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
- Under Profile, select Change contact information.
- Select Edit under Desjardins card services in the Other changes of contact information section.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.
In the mobile app
- Sign in to Desjardins mobile services.
- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and settings, then Contact information.
- Select Edit under Desjardins Card Services in the Other changes of contact information section.
- Under Email address, select Edit.
- Make sure you entered your new email address correctly, then select OK.
Alert service (if you use the service)
In a web browser
- Log in to AccèsD.
- In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
- Select Alert service.
- Make the desired changes and select OK.
In the mobile app
- Sign in to Desjardins mobile services.
- At the bottom of the screen, select More.
- Select Profile and settings, then Notifications.
- Make the desired changes.
