How to change the address linked to your credit card

If you have a credit card with us but aren’t a Desjardins member, here’s how to change the address linked to your credit card in AccèsD or the Desjardins mobile services app.

Changes apply only to your credit card. If you’re a member and have other Desjardins products and services, follow the simplified steps for changing your contact information.

Mobile app
Web browser

Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select the More tab.
Select the Profile and settings button.
On the Profile and settings page, select the Contact information button.
On the Contact information page, under Change credit card contact information, find the address you want to change, then select the Edit button.
Under Edit mailing address, enter the new address, then select the Review button.
Make sure all the information is accurate, then select the Confirm button to complete the change of address for your credit card.

Log in to AccèsD, then select the Profile and preferences button.
Select the Change contact information link.
On the Change credit card contact information page, find the address you want to change, then select the Edit button.
On the Change mailing address page, enter the new address, then select the Review button.
Make sure all the information is accurate, then select the Confirm button to complete the change of address for your credit card.
