  1. Log in to AccèsD - External link..
  2. In the right-hand menu, select Profile and preferences.
  3. Under Profile, select Change contact information.
  4. Select Edit in the Primary residence address section.
  5. Make the desired changes and indicate the date when they'll take effect, if necessary.
  6. Make sure you entered your new address correctly, then select Confirm.

On the mobile app

  1. Sign in via the app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, select More.
  3. Select Profile and preferences, then Contact information.
  4. Select Edit in the Primary residence address section.
  5. Make the desired changes and indicate the date when they'll take effect, if necessary.
