The annual general meeting (AGM) at a glance
At the AGM, we meet with you, our members, to give you an annual overview of our activities. You can also vote on member dividends and elect board members, if any seats are up for election.

Following the presentation portion of the AGM, you’ll have 4 days to vote online. The voting period ends on April 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Voting requirements
To vote, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have been a member of the caisse for at least 90 days before the annual general meeting
3 - Be 18 or older
- For territory caisses: Live, work or have a permanent address in Quebec.
- For group caisses: meet your caisse’s common characteristic criteria

Even if you’re not eligible to vote, you can still attend your caisse’s meeting.

How to join the board of directors
The call for nominations starts each year in the third week of January and remains open for at least 20 days. In the meantime, you can contact your caisse to express your interest in a director position.
