Banking services temporarily unavailable
We'll be doing some scheduled maintenance work on AccèsD Affaires to keep our services running smoothly. The system will be temporarily down from from 10 PM on Saturday, January 17 until 10 AM on Sunday, January 18. Some transactions will be unavailable during this time.
We encourage you to plan ahead and take care of any important transactions before May 16.
Services that will be affected
The following transactions will not be available online, by phone or in person during the maintenance period:
- International transfers, inter-currency transfers and foreign exchange contracts
- MFT and batch payments (Global Treasury and Payments Solution, Desjardins Global Payments Solution) on AccèsD Affaires
- Remote deposit capture
- Transactions for accounts and loans held with the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec
- Interac e-Transfers from midnight to 2 AM on Sunday, May 18
All other services will still be available.
