As a member, you can vote to elect your credit union’s board of directors and have a say in how much is allocated to the Community Development Fund (CDF).

The annual general meeting (AGM) at a glance

At the AGM, we meet with you, our members, to give you an annual overview of our activities. When there’s an election, members also get to vote for who will sit on the board of directors.

Following the presentation portion of the AGM, you’ll have 4 days to vote online. The voting period ends on April 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Voting requirements

To vote, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have been a member for at least 90 days before the annual general meeting1
  • Be 16 years or older
  • Reside, work or operate a business in Ontario

How to join the board of directors

The call for nominations starts each year in the third week of January and remains open for at least 20 days. In the meantime, you can contact us to express your interest in a director position.
