Contact us immediately to report a lost, stolen or damaged card. We'll see to it that a new card is issued right away.

Our telephone contact numbers are also listed on the reference document forwarded to you along with your card. Please keep it handy at all times but separately from your card.

  • Log on to AccèsD.
  • Click Options for the card in question, and then click Manage this account.
  • Click on Other requests in the Account management section of the left-hand menu, and select Replace card.

If you change your Desjardins credit card, either for a card in another category or because you need to replace a card that was lost or stolen, remember to notify all the companies who bill their services on a regular, automatic basis to your Desjardins credit card account.

To avoid damaging your credit file, make sure you notify all the companies you deal with, such as your cable company, fitness centre or insurance broker of your new account number, so that your payments are made as planned and you are charged no late payment fees.
