Catherine Lenfant has been Vice-President, Strategies, Regulations and Shareholder Relations with Desjardins Business Capital régional et coopératif since 2014, and is responsible for the development and implementation of managed funds financial strategies, regulatory activities such as compliance and risk management, as well as managing relationships with Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins shareholders.

She joined the Desjardins team in 2002, where she served especially as Chief Financial Officer at Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins and Finance Manager with Desjardins Business Capital régional et coopératif.

Ms. Lenfant worked for 10 years with an accounting firm in audit and financial consulting, specializing in business valuation and also worked as an investment advisor with a development capital fund for 2 years.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal.

Ms. Lenfant has been a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés (CPA) du Québec since 1992 and has held a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation since 2003.
