FAQ

Should I choose redeemable or non-redeemable term savings?

Redeemable term savings allow you to withdraw funds before the investment matures. You can withdraw all or part of the amount you invested, under certain conditions depending on the product.

With non-redeemable term savings, you can’t withdraw money for the entire term.

In both cases, you’ll have to renew or redeem these investments at maturity since they’re for a fixed term.

Are term savings the same as GICs?

Term savings are similar to GICs. With both options, you invest money for a fixed period and you know how much interest you’ll earn based on the term chosen.
