How to delete Interac e-Transfer recipients
Delete Interac e-Transfer® recipients on AccèsD from a mobile device or computer.

Mobile app
Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select Transactions.
On the Transactions page, select Interac e-Transfers.
On the Interac e-Transfers page, select Recipients.
Select the pencil icon.
Select Delete recipients.
Select all the recipients you want to remove from the list. You can delete up to 20 recipients at once. Select Delete.
Select Delete to confirm.
Web browser
Log in to AccèsD. On the home page, select Transfers.
Select Interac transfers.
Select Manage recipients on the right side of the screen.
Select Delete.
Select all the recipients you want to remove from the list. You can delete up to 20 recipients at once. Select Delete.
Select Delete to confirm.
