How to create an Interac profile

Create an Interac^® profile on AccèsD from your mobile device or computer. You need to have a profile to send or receive money by Interac e-Transfer.

Instructions

Mobile app
Web browser

Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select Transfers.
On the Transfers page, select Interac transfers.
On the next page, select Create profile.
Enter the email address or cellphone number you want to use to receive Interac e-Transfers.
Select your preferred Language of correspondence.
Once you've provided all your information, select OK.
Review your information. Select the pencil icon to make changes.
Read the terms of use and select Confirm to create your Interac profile.

Log in to AccèsD. On the home page, select Transfers.
Select Interac transfers.
On the next page, select Create profile.
Enter the email address or cellphone number you want to use to receive Interac e-Transfers.
Select your preferred Language of correspondence.
Once you've provided all your information, select OK.
Review your information. You can change it by selecting Edit.
Read the terms of use and select Confirm to create your Interac profile.
