Resetting or changing your password for Group retirement savings’ online services

Forgot or want to change your password for Group retirement savings? Here’s how to change or reset it in a few simple steps.

Resetting your password

  1. On the secure site’s login page, select Forgot your password?

  2. On the New password page, enter your username. Then select the Continue button.

  3. You’ll receive a code by email. At the Verify your email address step, enter the code. Then select the Continue button. The code expires after 10 minutes. If you don’t enter it in time, you can request a new one.

  4. At the Create a new password step, enter your new password, making sure you meet the password requirements. Then select the Continue button.

  5. Your new password has now been created. Select the Log on button to access our online services.

Changing your password

  1. Log in to our online services, then select the My profile button.

  2. On your profile page, under Login information, select the Edit button.

  3. You’ll see three fields: Old password, New password and Password confirmation. Enter the required information, then select the Confirm button.
