How to register for Group retirement savings’ online services

Find out how to register for online services so you can enroll in your group savings plan, name beneficiaries, update your investor profile and more. To register, you’ll need your group number and plan member or employee number.

Instructions

Go to the secure site or Omni app, then select the Register button.
At the Enter an email address step, enter the email address you want to use to log in to your account. Then select the Continue button.
You’ll receive a code by email. At the Verify your email address step, enter the code. Then select the Continue button. Your code expires after 10 minutes. If you don’t enter it in time, you can request a new one.
At the Create a password step, enter a password. Then select the Continue button.
At the Information step, enter the information required (including your group number and plan member or employee number). Then select the Next button.
Note
You can find your group and plan member numbers on your enrollment certificate or on your financial statement.
Your group number begins with the letter G followed by 6 digits.
Your plan member number is made of up of 7 digits. If you can’t find your plan member number, select Employee number and enter your employee number in the field provided.
Contact your plan administrator if you can’t find the required information.
At the Validation step, check that the information is correct. Then, select the Create my account button to complete the process.
Your registration is now complete. Log in using your email address and password. Once you’ve activated 2-step verification, you can enroll in your plan and set your investment instructions.
