How to complete a request to change the limit on a joint credit card
Complete the other cardholder’s request to change your joint credit card limit, using our mobile and online services.

View a pending request
Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
Under Active applications, select the Credit cards, lines of credit and loans button.
Review a credit limit request with guaranteed approval
On the Manage credit limit page, at the Review the requested credit limit step, verify that the information is correct, then select the Accept and Continue button.
Review a credit limit request requiring further assessment
On the Manage credit limit page, at the Review the requested credit limit step, verify that the information is correct, then select the Accept and Continue button.
At the Review your Desjardins file step, verify your personal information, then select the Continue button.
Verify your primary and additional income, then select the Continue button.
At the Consent statements and agreements step, under Consent, check the box authorizing the disclosure of your information, then select Submit application.
