How to manage your credit card limit

Learn how to manage your credit card limit using our mobile and online services.

Instructions

Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
In the Accounts section, select the See all button.
On the Account summary page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the card whose credit limit you want to manage.

On your credit card page, select the Account actions button.
Select the Manage credit limit button.
For easier card management, several actions are now grouped together in the Account actions dropdown menu on your credit card page.
On the Manage credit limit page, enter the new limit you want and select the Continue button.
If you have a joint credit card, you’ll see a notice on shared responsibility and terms and conditions.
At the Confirm requested credit limit step, select the Continue button to complete your request.

This section is only for people who, in the previous step, have requested a limit higher than the proposed credit limit.

On the Manage credit limit page, at the Proposed credit limit step, you’ll see the What would you like to do? section if you asked for a limit higher than the proposed credit limit. You can select the proposed limit with immediate approval, or a higher limit that will require further review. Then, select the Continue button.
At the step Review your Desjardins file, verify your personal information and address on your credit card file, then select the Continue button.
Verify your primary and additional income, then select the Continue button.
At the Consent statements and agreements step, under Consent, check the box authorizing the disclosure of your information, then select Submit application.

Log in to AccèsD.
On the AccèsD home page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card whose credit limit you want to manage.

On your credit card page, select the Account actions button.
Select the Manage credit limit button.
