Our team
A team of competent and considerate employees, attentive managers and committed directors are at your service, each with the same goal in mind: to offer you the best possible service.
Caisse directors are members who choose to devote some of their time to the administration and management of their cooperative.

Members, who are both owners and users of their caisse, democratically elect directors to act on their behalf.
Directors must consider members' concerns, expectations and best interests when planning the caisse's orientations and activities. They must also make sure the caisse offers a full range of services that meet members' needs, through proper, careful management driven by cooperative values.
General management
The general manager and her team report to the board of directors and manage the caisse, which exists solely to meet its members' needs and expectations. The management team works to further the caisse's business development as an integral part of Desjardins Group.
Board of Directors
Caisse Desjardins Hydro's board of directors is made up of 12 individuals representing different regions and most of Hydro-Québec's job categories. These representatives contribute their time and talent to leverage their collective strength.
