Board of Directors
The Board of Directors officer election process differs from that of traditional Desjardins caisses—officers are elected to seats based on the unions to be represented. To be elected to the Board of Directors, candidates must belong to one of the Caisse’s member groups and be elected by their peers at the Annual General Meeting.
