A financial cooperative with deep roots in the community, Caisse Desjardins de l'Ouest de Portneuf has 13,550 members. Each caisse member is also a co-owner of the caisse.

Mission

The Caisse Desjardins de l'Ouest de Portneuf offers a complete range of financial products and services adapted to its members' needs.

The Caisse focuses on human relations and promotes cooperative value. It effectively combines a strong financial performance with a deep involvement in the community, giving it a well-recognized position among its members and the community.

History

Today's Caisse Desjardins de l'Ouest de Portneuf came as a result of the merger of the de la Seigneurie des Grondines and de La Chevrotière caisses in January 2007.

The members and officers of each of these caisses realized the importance of consolidating to better meet the needs of their community and unanimously supported this undertaking.

The Caisse has remained faithful to its beginnings, encouraging people to join forces and use the talents and convictions of the group to meet common goals. Members, employees, and directors are all ensuring the continuing viability of the caisse by their solidarity and cooperation.
