Log in to your account to get your group insurance confirmation statement. You can use it as your proof of insurance.

Log in to the secure site. On the home page, select Your account, then the Certificate link to open your document as a PDF.
IntelliFlex®
Log in to the secure site. On the home page, select Your account, then the Enrollment and coverage link.
The page that shows your IntelliFlex online file will open. On the Welcome to your online group insurance file page, select I want to review my current coverage.
On the Confirmation Statement page, select Save PDF to download your statement.
