How to create an online account for your home and car insurance
Learn how to create an online account so you can access your insurance documents, file claims, update your personal information and more.

Go to the Online Services to manage your insurance page, then select the Create your account button.
On the Online Services registration page, enter the email address you want to use to log in to your account. Pick a password and confirm it. Then select the Create my account button.
Check your inbox for an email from us.
In the email, select the log on link within 5 days to activate your account.
On the Access to Online Services page, enter the email address and password you previously picked, then select the Log on button.
On the We need your consent page, read the consent forms and activate the Paper-Free option, if you want. Then select the Accept button.
On the Sign up for Online Services page, enter the personal information requested. Then select the Submit button.
Note
If the information you entered doesn’t match what we have on file, you may be asked to provide your policy number. You can find it on your insurance policy.
On the Confirm your identity page, choose how you’d like to receive the security code. You can select the Text or Email box. Then select the Continue button.
We'll send you the security code by text message or email, as requested.
Enter the 6-digit security code you received. Then select the Confirm button.
Your account is ready to use!
