How to lock a lost or stolen credit card

Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
In the Accounts section, select the See all button.
On the Account summary page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card you want to lock.
On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.
Select the Manage card option.
On the Manage card page, select the Lock or unlock card link.
On the Lock or unlock card page, under Card status, select Lock card.
Web browser
Log in to AccèsD.
On the AccèsD home page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card you want to lock.
On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.
Select the Manage card option.
On the Manage card page, select the Lock or unlock card link.
On the Lock or unlock card page, under Card status, select Lock card.
