How to register for AccèsD mobile and online services

Register for mobile and online services to manage your accounts anytime, anywhere. You’ll need your debit or credit card number.

Instructions

Download the Desjardins mobile services app. Open the app, choose your province and accept cookies. Select the Log in button.
On the login page, select the Register for AccèsD link.
On the Register for mobile and online services page, at the Enter your card number step, enter your debit or credit card number. Then select the Continue button.
At the Enter your phone number step, enter the phone number associated with your account. Then select the Continue button.
You’ll receive a code by text. At the Enter the security code step, enter the code. Then select the Continue button. If you didn’t receive a security code, you can request a new one.
At the Create your username step, enter the email address you want to use to log in to your account. Then select the Continue button.
You’ll receive a code by email. At the Enter the security code step, enter the code. Then select the Continue button. If you didn’t receive a security code, you can request a new one.
At the Create your password step, enter the password you want to use to log in to your account. Then select the Continue button.
Your registration is confirmed. At the Confirmation step, select the Continue button to choose your security settings.

Go to the AccèsD login page, then select the Register for AccèsD link.
On the Register for mobile and online services page, at the Enter your card number step, enter your debit or credit card number. Then select the Continue button.
