Throughout fall 2021, the caisse is offering free online financial literacy workshops on budgeting, credit, and digital security in collaboration with community organizations including l'Association de coopérative d'économie familiale (ACEF) de l'Est de Montréal and Carrefour jeunesse-emploi (CJE) d'Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.

To introduce elementary school students to good savings habits and better prepare them to manage their finances in adulthood, Caisse du Centre-est de Montréal is an active supporter of the school caisse in these schools:
Students with a school caisse account don’t pay administration fees and are not subject to a minimum deposit.
With a view to introducing high school students to the basics of managing a caisse as well as its democratic and cooperative principles, Caisse du Centre-est de Montréal supports 2 student caisses (now called Finance Labs) at the following schools:
