Use AccèsD securely

Whether or not you've been affected by the privacy breach, you're now covered by our newly developed solution. Learn more about our personal data breach protection measures for all personal and business members.


  • Never disclose your password to anyone. You should be the only one who knows it.
  • The first time you use AccèsD service, choose a password to replace the one you were assigned initially.
  • Select a password that is easy to remember. Your password must be composed of 6 to 12 characters (letters and numbers) with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. It can be used to log on from a computer, tablet or mobile device. It cannot be used to log on by phone.
  • For help choosing a secure AccèsD or AccèsD Affaires password, see Choose a good password.
  • Don't choose a password based on personal information. And most of all never use any part of your PIN.
  • Don't save your password in your computer's memory.
  • Don't write your password down anywhere.
  • Change your password on a regular basis.

Logging off

Log off as soon as you've finished using AccèsD and AccèsD Affaires.

To log off securely, click on Log off, clear your cookies and close your browser.
