Members and clients can already check their Equifax® and TransUnionTM credit reports in the Credit report section of AccèsD. We're creating an option for people to receive email alerts of changes to their TransUnion credit report.

Who is eligible for Desjardins Identity Protection?

Both personal and business members and clients are eligible for Desjardins Identity Protection.

Advantages of Desjardins Identity Protection

Fraud protection

Your accounts and assets at Desjardins are protected in the event of unauthorized transactions.

Identity theft support

If your identity is stolen, Desjardins can provide individual support during every step of the identity recovery process.

Reimbursement

If your identity is stolen, you may be reimbursed up to fifty thousand dollars for certain expenses incurred to restore your identity, such as notary or attorney's fees and lost wages.

Credit score monitoring

You can check your Equifax and TransUnion credit reports in the Credit report section of AccèsD.

Good to know

We can't protect you if you voluntarily share your login information with third-party financial apps. These apps may use management software that stores your banking information.

Beware of the risk of fraud and leaks when sharing your information.

Credit Score in AccèsD

The Credit Score feature in AccèsD is a quick and easy way to keep an eye on your credit report whenever you want, for free!

Use it to view your TransUnion and Equifax credit scores and credit reports. You can check your credit history regularly and make sure all the information there is accurate.

Additional information

To file a claim as part of the class action settlement agreement, you need to fill out a form with RicePoint, the independent administrator.
