Desjardins Investments Makes Changes to Its Mutual Fund Lineup
Montreal, September 22, 2026 – Desjardins Investments Inc. ("DI"), as manager of the Desjardins Funds, announces changes to its mutual fund lineup. DI regularly reviews its mutual fund lineup to keep pace with the ever-changing investment needs of financial professionals, investors and clients.
These changes, described in detail below, include the appointment and the replacement of portfolio sub-managers as well as the closure of O- and P-Class Units of certain Desjardins Funds.
Appointment of a joint portfolio sub-manager for the Desjardins Global Corporate Bond Fund
DI has retained Sterling Capital Management (“Sterling”) as an additional sub-manager for the investment portfolio of the Desjardins Global Corporate Bond Fund. Sterling and the Fund’s current sub-managers, Amundi Canada Inc. and Amundi (UK) Limited, will jointly assume responsibility for the management of the Fund's portfolio of assets.
DI has also approved changes to the Fund’s investment strategies to reflect the integration of Sterling’s investment philosophy, which will be primarily focused on U.S. corporate bonds.
The addition of Sterling as a portfolio sub-manager and the changes to the investment strategies will become effective on or about December 1st, 2026. Notwithstanding these changes, the Fund’s investment objective and risk rating will remain unchanged.
Replacement of the sub-manager, amendment of the investment strategies and reduction of the management fees of the Desjardins Sustainable American Equity Fund
DI has approved the termination of the mandate of ClearBridge Investments LLC as sub-manager of the Desjardins Sustainable American Equity Fund and the appointment of Desjardins Global Asset Management Inc. (‘’DGAM’’), who will assume responsibility for the management of the Fund's portfolio of assets.
DI has also approved changes to the investment strategies of the Fund to reflect the integration of DGAM’s investment philosophy, as well as a reduction in the management fees applicable to the Fund’s unit classes, as indicated in the table below:

The replacement of the current portfolio sub-manager, the changes to the Fund’s investment strategies and the reduction in the Fund’s management fees will become effective on or about November 2, 2026. Notwithstanding these changes, the Fund’s investment objective and risk rating will remain unchanged.
Closure of O- and P-Class Units for certain Desjardins Funds
DI has approved the closure of O- and P-Class Units of the Desjardins Funds listed in the table below to all new investors and any additional investment, except for investments made by periodic payments, effective as of 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on or about November 6, 2026.
