You can maintain certain life, health and critical illness insurance benefits. No proof of good health or medical exam required.


How do I get my claims report?

You can download your claims report from the secure site. Under Claims history, select Claims reports for income tax purposes. Reports are saved on the site for 7 years.  

If you don't have this option, contact your plan administrator.

How do I update my list of dependants?

You can make changes to your list of dependants after certain life events, including:  

  • Marriage, divorce, separation  
  • Birth or adoption of a child, return to school  
  • Loss or gain of a spouse's coverage  
  • Death of a dependant  

Go to our secure site. Under Your account, select Enrollment and coverage or Dependants and coordination of benefits.

How can I find my group insurance booklet?

To find your group insurance booklet, log in to the secure site. Under Your account, select Insurance booklet.
