Sign up for the Equifax credit monitoring service in 5 easy steps.

Note

For Desjardins members and clients, this plan is offered free of charge for 5 years from the date of enrollment.

Enter your personal information

  • Fill in all fields

Enter your current address

  • Enter your current address
  • Check the I'm not a robot checkbox and answer the reCAPTCHA question if necessary
  • Click Continue

Step 3

Create your account

  • Enter your email address
  • Confirm your email address
  • Choose a strong password based on the list of requirements
  • Confirm your password
  • Read the Terms of Use and check the box to accept them
  • Click Continue

Step 4

Verify your identity with a one-time passcode

  • Check the Send a text or Send an email checkbox
  • Click Yes, send me a one-time passcode. You will receive a one-time code (also called a verification code) shortly.

Confirm that you want to receive a passcode

  • Click Yes, send me a text or Yes, send me an email.

Enter your verification code

  • Enter the one-time passcode you just received
  • Click Continue

Step 5

Complete your order

  • Your account has been created
  • Click Sign me up to confirm your order

Subscription confirmation

  • Your subscription is confirmed
  • An email with your order summary has been sent to your email address
  • Access the product by clicking View my product
