Travel outside of North America

Some Desjardins Access cardholders have recently experienced difficulties when trying to withdraw money at ATMs of certain banks affiliated with the PLUS® network outside of North America (outside of Canada, the United States or Mexico).

To avoid this inconvenience, we can replace your Desjardins Access Card, as a preventive measure. With your new card, you'll be able to travel worry-free.
