Professional experience
Melissa holds a PhD in administration with a specialization in accounting. She’s a member of the Quebec CPA Order and associate professor at Université du Québec à Montréal’s School of Management in the accounting department. She has more than 15 years’ experience in governance, risk management and accounting. Her teaching and research cover ethical questions around emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Melissa has been a caisse director and member of the audit committee since 2023.
