FAQ – AccèsD – Changing your address
You can change your address on your accounts, credit cards and investments by phone, on AccèsD or in person at the caisse.
How to report a change of address
- Log in to AccèsD.
- Click Profile and preferences in the right-hand menu and then Change contact information under Profile.

Because Desjardins Group is made up of several entities, it's impossible right now, for operational reasons, to inform all components of your change of address in a single request.
This feature is not available on the Desjardins mobile app. To make the change of address yourself, log in to the full version of AccèsD Internet.
Caisse
How to report a change of email address
- Log in to AccèsD.
- Click Profile and preferences in the right-hand menu and then on Change contact information under Profile.
You can also contact your caisse by phone or in person.

Desjardins credit and prepaid cards
No call required.
You can make the change yourself on AccèsD Internet:
- Under the Cards tab, select the appropriate card and click on Access account (if applicable)
- In the Account management menu, click on Change your address (left hand menu)
Alert service (if registered for the service)
No call required.
To make the change yourself directly in AccèsD Internet:
- Click on User file at the top of the page
- Click on Delivery settings under the Alert service header.
Car and home insurance
There is no need to make a phone call. You can log in the AccèsD and make the change online:
Under the Property insurance tab, select My profile.
Click Change my email address to enter a new one.
