Restaurants Headwinds buffet the industry

Everyone has an opinion about the restaurant business. Meanwhile, the numbers paint a picture that may not be flattering, but is not always as dreadful as the rumours. The pressures on the restaurant sector are nothing new, but tightening economic conditions and intensifying competition are not helping matters. Despite the headwinds of the past few years, there are restaurateurs who are still in business and who are managing to combine creativity, management skills and passion with a stroke of genius.
