Johanna: Something that was difficult for me when I was growing up was I was very shy. I grew up with a twin brother. I always had that person around me—because we did everything together—to kind of hide behind and let him speak for me. So I think that overcoming my shyness is something that's really been an asset to me in this position.

My name is Johanna Rienzo and I'm an accident benefits advisor at Desjardins.

My typical day would be talking with clients, asking them what the details of their claim are, reviewing their policy coverage with them. I think to be a good accident benefits advisor, you have to have very good communication skills and you have to be very organized.
