[Animation - The curtain opens on a woman juggling balls.]

Sometimes Tracy feels like a circus performer! Every day, she JUGGLES work, kids, aging parents …

[The balls increase in number.]

As she often says … she needs an extra pair of hands to do it all.

[Sylvie juggles even with one of her feet, dropping several balls.]

This week, she feels like it's all become too much.

[A bomb appears among the balls. The balls tumble down and form a telephone key pad. Sylvie dials a number.]

She's decided she needs to talk to someone who can help her before things get worse …

[I need HELP!]

But who?

[Three balls with the letters EAP appear.]

She remembers hearing about the Employee Assistance Program at work, so she gives them a call. And just like that-someone's there to listen to her and give her the guidance and support she needs.

[The 3 balls turn around to show the words listen, guide, support.]

She also could have checked out her employer's health and wellness or group insurance programs …

[Health is cool 360°]

… or her provincial health line …

… or a support group.

All these resources are easy to access

[Zero judgement]

and they're 100% confidential.

[Zero pressure]

[Zero cost]

Don't play around with your health. If you feel you're about to lose your grip, do what Tracy did: ask for help right away.

And remember, it doesn't cost a thing to call!
