Caisses

An advisor can help you make any regular account transaction in person at your caisse, including:

• deposits
• withdrawals
• bill payments
• money transfers
• statements of transactions
• line of credit payments
• account balance information
• passbook updates and statements of transactions

With the inter-Caisses system, you can access your accounts from a caisse other than your own and make most of your transactions, including:

• deposits
• withdrawals (subject to daily withdrawal limit)
• passbook updates
• bill payments

The service is free but may require your caisse's authorization.
