Professional experience

Lisa is Vice-President of Academic Affairs at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, a full professor at Université du Québec à Montréal's School of Management Sciences, and former associate dean of academic affairs and director of the Institut de Patrimoine. She has an academic background and extensive experience in management and accounting. She has a PhD, an MBA and a bachelor's degree in art history, and is a chartered professional accountant. She has handled a wide range of complex projects as manager, professor and researcher, and has first-hand governance knowledge from her research, teaching and community activities. She has helped forge international partnerships with a number of universities and has served on many boards, including the boards of non profits.
