Youth
Desjardins has a long tradition of involvement with local youth. This is why Caisse Desjardins du Domaine-du-Roy is so enthusiastic about the concerted effort being made by all Desjardins components toward youth outreach.
Caisse Desjardins du Domaine-du-Roy also contributes to the Desjardins Foundation, which awards over a half million dollars in scholarships each year.
School caisse and Finance Lab
To help introduce children to sound savings habits at an early age, Caisse Desjardins du Domaine-du-Roy actively supports the educational school caisse services at the following schools: Carrefour étudiant de Saint-Méthode, Maria-Goretti de La Doré, Benoît-Duhamel de Roberval, Monseigneur Bluteau et Hébert de Saint-Félicien, Jolivent de Chambord, L'arbrisseau de St-André, École de la Rivière de Ste-Hedwidge, Deux-Lacs du Lac Bouchette, Boisjoli de St-François de Sales, Jeanne-Mance and Pie-XII de Saint-Prime.
The caisse also mentors the Polyvalente des Quatre-Vents de Saint-Félicien and the Cité étudiante de Roberval (now called Finance Labs). The Finance Lab is an educational project that helps high school students learn about managing a mini-caisse.
2024 scholarship contest
You could win 1 of 21 scholarships, totalling $25,000:
- 2 scholarships of $500 for vocational school students
- 9 scholarships of $1,000 for CEGEP students
- 10 scholarships of $1,500 for university students

"C'est gagnant d'avoir un plan!" contest
Caisse Desjardins du Domaine-du-Roy is holding its "C'est gagnant d'avoir un plan!" contest from July 1, 2024, midnight to December 31, 2024, 11:59 p.m.
The contest is open to caisse members residing in Quebec who are between the ages of 16 and 30 at the time of the draw.
Eligible candidates have to contact the caisse during the contest period to schedule an online or in-person appointment with an advisor to draw up a financial plan.
The presence or permission of a parent or legal guardian is required for underage candidates to meet with an advisor.
In total, 6 prizes of $500, totalling $3,000, will be awarded.

Drawing contest
Enter our drawing contest for the chance to win a $25 gift card from a local merchant.
To enter, you'll need to:
- Have your child draw what they would buy with their money on the contest sheet
- Fill out the required information on the contest sheet
Students at the following schools are eligible: École Benoît-Duhamel, École Boisjoli, École de la Rivière, École des Deux-Lacs, École Hébert, École Jeanne-Mance, École Jolivent, École L’Arbrisseau, École Notre-Dame and École Pie XII.
