Board Succession program
The caisse's board of directors is looking for members who would like to take part in the Board Succession program. Two spots are open for members who meet the following criteria:
Members ages 18 to 34
We would like to welcome 1 new member between the ages of 18 and 34 to our board of directors.
This position will help you develop both professional and personal skills. You'll grow your network by representing the caisse at activities and democratic events, while making a name for yourself and tapping into your inner leader. It'll be great for your résumé!

Members ages 50 to 64
We would like to welcome 1 new member between the ages of 50 and 64 to our board of directors. Experience in the field of education would be an asset.
This is your opportunity to represent your community and experience cooperative values in action. This position will allow you to share your knowledge and experience with the board of directors. Representing the caisse at activities and democratic events will allow you to make a name for yourself in the community, which could eventually result in an elected position on the board of directors.

About the program
Board Succession program provides caisse members with an opportunity to learn more about how the board of directors works and contribute to their caisse's performance.
The board of directors selects the winning candidates, who participate in board meetings and discussions but without voting rights. This is your opportunity to represent your community and experience cooperative values in action. Contact your caisse to see if they participate in the program and when you can apply.
