Answer the caisse's member survey

Every year, Caisse Desjardins de Joliette et du Centre de Lanaudière furthers its mission as a cooperative by getting involved in the community. The Community Development Fund, which is unique to Desjardins, is used to support meaningful projects that make a difference in the community.

At our annual general meeting, members decide how much of the caisse's surplus earnings will go into the Community Development Fund as the caisse's community dividend. The board of directors then chooses which projects would benefit from financial support.
