About the caisse

A financial cooperative with deep roots in the community, Caisse Desjardins de la Vallée d'Acton has 18,669 members. Each caisse member is also a co-owner of the caisse.

Mission

The mission of Caisse Desjardins de la Vallée d'Acton is to contribute to the economic and social betterment of its members and communities and be valued by its members by:

  • meeting the needs of its members and communities through its employees

Caisse Desjardins de la Vallée d'Acton was created on January 1, 2020. It is the result of the merger of Caisse Desjardins d'Acton Vale-Rivière Noire and Caisse Desjardins de la Seigneurie de Ramezay. The new caisse has over 55 employees who serve approximately 19,000 members. With a business volume of $1.5 billion, it is without a doubt a key institution for local economic and social development. Renée-Claude Legault is the general manager of the new caisse.
