Since its merger with Caisse populaire Morilac on January 1, 2016, the caisse is called Caisse Desjardins du Val-Saint-François. Members of the new caisse now have access to 3 services centres and 2 offsite ATMs for their banking needs.
Caisse populaire Desjardins Morilac is the result of the merger of the caisses populaires Valcourt, Racine, Ste-Anne de la Rochelle and de Bonsecours in June 2002.
The Caisse Desjardins du Centre du Val-Saint-François came into existence as a result of the merger of the caisses populaires Desjardins de Windsor and de l'Ardoise in January 2011.
The Caisse populaire Desjardins de Windsor was founded in 1950. The Caisse Desjardins de l'Ardoise came into existence as a result of the merger of the caisses populaires de Richmond, de Durham-Sud and de Saint-François-Xavier in January 2002.
