A financial cooperative with deep roots in the community, Caisse Desjardins des Sommets de la Beauce has 15,690 members. Each caisse member is also a co-owner of the caisse.

History

Caisse Desjardins des Sommets de la Beauce was created by the merger of Royaume de l'érable and Haute-Beauce caisses.

It was founded in 2009.

Caisse populaire du Royaume de l'érable was the result of the merger of theSaint-Ephrem-de-Beauce, Saint-Victor and Sainte-Clotilde-de-Beauce caisses populaires in January 2001.

Caisse Desjardins de la Haute-Beauce was the result of the merger of the La Guadeloupe, Courcelles and Saint-Évariste caisses in September 2001.

In 2014, a new merger occurred with Caisse Populaire de Saint-Honoré.
