Distribution and payment of 2021 member dividends

The annual general meeting was held recently, and we wish to inform you of the adoption of the surplus earnings distribution plan and the member dividend payout for 2021.

The 2021 surplus earnings distribution plan was accepted by our members, who voted online between April 22 and April 25, 2022. $3.5 million will be returned in dividends:

  • $3.09 million in individual member dividends
  • $387,134 in community dividends (Community Development Fund)

Individual member dividends will be paid out on June 3, 2022.
