Are you a full-time high school, vocational school, CEGEP or university student age 35 or under? Caisse populaire Desjardins du Piémont Laurentien is there for you.

We want you to succeed. That's why, through our 2023 scholarship contest, we're giving you the chance to win 1 of several scholarships ranging from (depending on your level of study) $250 to $1,000.

Contest period

The contest period runs from August 20 to October 1, 2023.

Prizes

A total of $30,000 will be divided between 46 scholarship winners selected by random draw:

  • 12 scholarships of $250 for high school students
  • 4 scholarships of $500 for vocational school students
  • 10 scholarships of $500 for CEGEP students
  • 20 scholarships of $1,000 for university students

Winners will be announced at an event in November 2023. You don't need to attend to receive a scholarship. Winners who don't attend will be contacted by email in the days following the event.

Eligibility criteria

  • Be between the ages of 14 and 35 on August 20, 2023, and be registered as a full-time student in fall 2023 at a high school, vocational school, CEGEP or university that is recognized by the ministère de l'éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur du Québec
OR
  • Be the parent or legal guardian of a child ages 12 to 13 on August 20, 2023, who is a full-time high school student in fall 2023 enrolled at an institution that is recognized by the ministère de l'éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur du Québec
  • Be a member of Caisse populaire Desjardins du Piémont Laurentien
  • Be a Quebec resident
