About the caisse

A financial cooperative with deep roots in the community, Caisse Desjardins des militaires has 6,015 members. Each caisse member is also a co-owner of the caisse.

Mission

The mission of the Caisse Desjardins des militaires is to offer relevant financial assistance to members of the Canadian Forces and the Department of National Defence, both on an individual basis and a group basis, making a constant effort to improve quality of life and profitability.

Vision

The Caisse Desjardins des militaires intends to fulfill its mission through the direct and active involvement of its Board of Directors and management team. Its human resources are its most important asset to build up existing business relations, open new service centres and recruit new members. Because it realizes how essential its employees are, the Caisse give them support, motivation and opportunities for development. To reach its goals, the Caisse d'économie team plans to prioritize communicating with its members, strengthening its ties to the community and serving its clients. Its ultimate goals is to become the caisse d'économie that meets the needs of all its members, no matter what their workplace or living environment.
