History

Caisse Desjardins Mont-Joli–Est de La Mitis, Caisse Desjardins de la Mitis and Caisse Desjardins de Saint-Moïse-Saint-Noël merged in January 2016.

Caisse Desjardins de Mont-Joli–Est de La Mitis is the result of the merger of the Mont-Joli and Les Boules et Métis-sur-Mer caisses in 2002.

It was founded in 1928 by les Pères Oblats.
