When scheduling a payment, it is important to know the difference between Send On and Deliver By.

• Send On corresponds to the date on which your account will be debited.
• Deliver By corresponds to the date on which the supplier will receive your payment (online or by check).
• The interval between the 2 dates (Send On and Deliver By) depends on whether or not the suppliers accept e-payments. Suppliers that do not accept e-payments will receive a check automatically created by the system.

To clearly see both dates on your Payment Calendar, we recommend using the calendar icon every time you select your payment date.
